7. Carefully lift the glass off of the scanner.
CAUTION Handle the glass carefully. An adhesive strip connects the small ADF-scanner
glass to the large flatbed glass. To prevent the glass assembly from separating, you must
carefully handle the glass assembly.
To avoid print quality problems, make sure that you do not leave fingerprints on the
underside of the glass assembly.
