High-voltage power supply
1. Remove the following components or assemblies:
Base unit left door. See

Fuser pressure release assembly. See

Fuser. See

Transfer roller. See

Registration assembly. See
Registration assembly on page 325.
Paper feed assembly. See

2. Unplug the power cord from the MFP and the wall receptacle.
3. Disconnect two FFCs (callout 1) and one connector (callout 2).
WARNING! You must unplug the power cord from the MFP and the wall receptacle. The
danger of electrical shock exists from the connector (callout 2) when the power cord is
connected to the MFP.
