Solution
To resolve the problem:
1. Use display ipv6 routing-table on each router to view routing table information. Verify that
IPv6 unicast routes to the C-RPs and the BSR are available on each router and that a route is
available between each C-RP and the BSR.
2. Use display ipv6 pim bsr-info to verify that the BSR information exists on each router.
3. Use display ipv6 pim rp-info to verify that the RP information is correct on each router.
4. Use display ipv6 pim neighbor to verify that IPv6 PIM neighboring relationship has been
correctly established among the routers.
5. If the problem persists, contact Hewlett Packard Enterprise Support.
