A file-system error prevented TMF from accessing the specified audit trail file.

ZTMF-TKN-EVTHDR-ProcessType
identifies the TMF process that generated the event. For this event, the value of
this token is ZTMF-VAL-PROC-TMP.
ZTMF-TKN-AuditFileName
