219: ZTMF-EVT-DR-TapeOptions
An operator or subsystem control program (SPI requester) issued a DUMP FILES
command, specifying the TAPEMEDIA attribute, plus new BLOCKSIZE, COPIES,
SYSTEM, and VERIFYTAPE attribute values.

is the subject token of the event message, and it identifies the TMF process that
