A TMF process could not obtain a timer list element (TLE). 
Additional Unconditional Tokens
ZTMF-TKN-EVTHDR-ProcessType
is the subject token of the event message, and identifies the TMF process that 
generated the event. The value of this token for this event is either ZTMF-VAL-
PROC-TMP or ZTMF-VAL-PROC-BACKOUT.
ZEMS-TKN-Emphasis
is set to True for this event.
Effect
The process abends.
Note that this event should never be generated for the TMP.
If this event occurs for the Backout process, the TMP starts another Backout process, 
and any transactions that were being backed out get reassigned to another Backout 
process.
Recommended Action
If this event occurs for the Backout process, the message is informative only; no 
corrective action is needed.
If this event occurs for the TMP, contact your service provider and provide all relevant 
information as follows:
Descriptions of the problem and accompanying symptoms
Details from the message(s) generated
Supporting documentation such as Event Management Service (EMS) logs, trace 
files, and a CPU dump, if applicable
