A gateway process programmatically opened a recoverable resource manager.

ZTMF-TKN-EVTHDR-ProcessType
identifies the TMF process that generated the event. The value of this token for
this event is ZTMF-VAL-PROC-TMP.
ZTMF-TKN-RmName
is the subject token of the event message, and it specifies the name of the
resource manager that was opened.
ZTMF-TKN-User
specifies the userid of the gateway process that opened the resource manager.
