451: ZTMF-EVT-AlterTransProtocol
An operator or subsystem control program (SPI requester) issued an ALTER TMF
TRANSACTIONPROTOCOL command, changing the TRANSACTIONPROTOCOL
attribute value.

identifies the TMF process that generated the event. The value of this token for
this event is ZTMF-VAL-PROC-TMP.
