An error was returned from the ENFORMRECEIVE procedure on the
NonStop OS.
The ZSPI-TKN-ERROR token supplied within the error list provides
additional information.
295 ZTMF-ERR-CTLGNOTRUNNING
The TMF catalog process cannot be opened.
296 ZTMF-ERR-CTLGGETCATALOGSTATUS
The status of the TMF catalog cannot be determined.
297 ZTMF-ERR-CTLGNOSCRATCHREELS
The catalog process is unable to obtain scratch tapes.
298 ZTMF-ERR-CTLGCANTBEGINDUMP
The catalog process is unable to start the specified dump.
299 ZTMF-ERR-CTLGCANTINITIALIZE
