511 ZTMF-ERR-BTENABLED
BEGINTRANSACTION is not currently disabled via a previous DISABLE
BEGINTRANS command.

The low value of the TRANSCOUNTTHRESHOLD token is less than 1, or the
high value of the token is less than the low value.

The low value of the TMFLIBMEMTHRESHOLD token is less than 1, or the
high value of the token is less than the low value or greater than 99.
