664 ZTMF-ERR-MustResetAuxFirst
This error is returned if an ALTER AUDITTRAIL command request reset
commit-hold for the MAT before first having done so for all auxiliary audit trails.
Before you can turn COMMITHOLDMODE to OFF for the master audit trail, you
must first turn it OFF for all auxiliary audit trails.

665 ZTMF-ERR-CommitHoldNullTime
This error is returned if an ALTER AUDITTRAIL command request specified
null as the ZCommitHoldTimer value.
