Removal and Replacement Procedures
12. Remove the optical drive connector board from the system
board.

The optical drive connector board is available using spare part
numbers 403829-002 (for use with HP Pavilion dv8000
models) and 417031-001 (for use with HP Pavilion dv8200
models).
Removing the Optical Drive Connector Board
Reverse the above procedures to install the system board.
