9. Activate Network Access.
From the Intel ME Platform Configuration menu, select ‘Activate Network
Access’. Activate Network Access causes the Intel ME to transition to the POST
provisioning state if all required settings are configured.
The ‘Un-configure Network Access’ option will cause the Intel ME to transition
to PRE provisioning state.
