CLEANING THE LASER MACHINE
CAUTION – Use of controls or adjustments or performance of
procedures other than those specified herein may result in
hazardous laser radiation exposure.
By starting cleaning and maintenance work always make sure
the machine is switched off and unplug the mains plug.
You should always check at least once a day, whether dust has
accumulated in the laser system. In case of soiling the machine
must be cleaned. The cleaning interval strongly depends on
the type of metal that is being used. Please bear in mind that
only a clean machine guarantees optimal performance and reduces the service
recommendation.
CAUTION – Always keep the system clean, as flammable parts
in the working area raise the fire hazard.
General Cleaning:
1 Move the laser head so it is easier to access the work area to clean it,
and also to the place where you need to clean.
2 Again please make sure the machine is fully switched off and unplugged.
