10. While supporting the power block, disconnect the signal and power cables on each side of
the power block.

To replace the component, reverse the removal procedure.
NOTE: Power on the system in the following manner:
1. Make sure only the primary I/O module is inserted.
2. Power on the system.
3. Wait until the primary I/O module is ready (less than 1 minute).
4. Insert the secondary I/O module .

To remove the component:
1. Power down the D6020 (see “Powering down” (page 18)).
2. Disconnect all cables.
