Updating Software
Automatically
1. Press on the Home screen, and then
tap Settings ＞ About phone
2. Ta p Software updates, select the
Scheduled check check box, and then tap
Yes
Check for software updates according to schedule
from server.
3. When the icon to show that updating
system software is available appears, tap
the icon
4. Select the download method, and then tap
OK
5. A confirmation message appears, and then
tap Install now ＞ OK

1. Press on the Home screen, and then
tap Settings ＞ About phone
2. Ta p Software updates ＞ Check now
When there is updated software, see “ Updating
Software Automatically ” (P.123) for updating the
device software.

• If the device does not return to the Home screen
after update, power device off, reinsert battery,
then restart it. If it still does not restart, contact an
au shop or PiPit (with some exceptions).
