press MENU, tap View, and then select the
Contact source to see those contacts.

Simply:

save all your contacts to your old
phone’s memory

insert your new SIM Card into your
old phone and copy or move the
contacts to it
n
then insert the new SIM Card (with all
your contacts) into your new phone.
Don’t worry you won’t lose your
existing phone number by using your
new SIM Card.
to transfer contacts from SIM to phone
1 From the Homescreen, tap Contacts.
2 On the All contacts screen, press
MENU and then tap Import.
3 Select the contact type, and then
tap OK. SIM contacts are transferred
to your phone.
