After enabling WLAN, it fails to search WLAN signal from wireless router. Other devices can
search the signal, how to deal?
58. Make sure the wireless router SSID is hide or not.
59. Close the WLAN and reopen.

2.2.5 How to Judge access to the Internet via SIM Card or
WLAN?
After connecting to WLAN, it will not cost USIM card charge. WLAN is prior than data service.
check whether there is a WLAN icon at upper-right corner. If there is at the cornet
means you can access to the Internet.
2.2.6 Reasons for Why Fail to Connect to WLAN
61. Users input wrong password, pay attention to the captial letters.
62. Sudden weak or no signal will cause connect error.
2.2.7 How to Fix the Wi-Fi Disconnect when Standby?
What is the Default Settings?
This is the sleep strategy. Method: On the home screen, touch Settings > All > WLAN, touch
to enter Advanced > keep WLAN connecting under sleep mode, set Always.
Note: The default settings is Always, that means connect the Internet all the time. If you
adjust the sleep strategy, it will disconnect when standby. The options mean:
Always: Keep WLAN connected
Only when charging: Only keep connected when charging. If not charging, it will disconnect
after 15 minutes standby.
Never (increases data flow): Disconnect after 15 minute standby.
