If this indicator is red and blinking, power off the
4G LTE Smart Hub and ensure your SIM card is
inserted correctly. If this continues after turning
the 4G LTE Smart Hub on again, please contact
TELUS at 1-866-558-2273 to ensure your SIM
card is activated.
