6 Replacing a Smart Dongle
6.1 Replacing SDongleA-03 (4G) with SDongleA-03
6.1.1 SDongleA-03 Settings
● If you have purchased a Smart Dongle with a built-in SIM card, you can
directly replace the faulty Smart Dongle with the new one without resetting
the Smart Dongle.
● If the purchased Smart Dongle does not have a built-in SIM card, use the SIM
card in the faulty Smart Dongle. Before using the SIM card, check whether the
SIM card is bound to the faulty Smart Dongle. If yes, contact the SIM card
carrier to unbind the SIM card. If no, you can directly use the SIM card
without resetting.
6.1.2 SmartPVMS or Third-Party Management System Settings
6.1.2.1 SmartPVMS
Step 1 Log in to the SmartPVMS and navigate to the Device Management page.

Step 2 Replace the Smart Dongle SN with a new one.
