3 Projection Function
Enabling Client-based Projection on the Endpoint
Before using the IdeaShare client for projection, ensure that the client-based
projection function is enabled on the endpoint as follows:
Open the browser of the endpoint or computer and log in to the web interface
(refer to
Quick Conguration for the login process). Choose Application >
Wireless Projection > Project with client, and set Project with client to Enable.
If this function is disabled, projection using the IdeaShare client will not be
supported.
Local Projection
To use local projection, perform the following steps:
Step 1 Start the IdeaShare client on your computer or mobile phone.
Step 2 Enter the projection code displayed in the upper right corner of the endpoint, as
shown in Figure 3-1.

Step 3 Click Share. Then, the computer or mobile phone screen can be displayed on the
endpoint.
