Split the Screen
1 After opening an app from the home screen, swipe inward from the left or right edge of
your device and hold, to bring up the Multi-Window dock.
2 Hold down on an app in the dock, drag it on to the screen, and release.
Create a Vertical Split-Screen View
Unfold your phone screen and watch a video on top, while playing a game below, or vice
versa.
• The gures are for reference only.
• More apps will support vertical split-screen mode in the near future.
• Entering vertical split-screen view: When a video is displayed in full-screen mode, swipe
up from the bottom to the upper left corner of the screen, and touch another app or
widget that supports vertical split-screen mode, to display the two items on top and
bottom.
• Switching to vertical split-screen mode: Under horizontal split-screen mode, touch
between the two split screens, and touch Split horizontally.
