Record Videos
1 Open Camera, and select Video mode.
2 Adjust the following settings:
• Zoom in or out: Pinch in or out on the viewnder, or drag the zoom slider.
• Focus: Touch the location that you wish to focus on. Touch and hold down on the
viewnder to lock the exposure and focus.
• Turn the ash on or o: Touch , and select (steady on) or (o).
When using the front camera to record a video in low-light conditions, you can set the
ash to (steady on). The camera will help compensate for the lack of light in your
environment.
• Adjust the beauty
eects: Touch and drag the slider to adjust the beauty settings.
• Adjust the video resolution and frame rate: Go to
> Video resolution, and select
your desired resolution. A higher resolution will result in a higher quality video with a
larger le size.
You can go to
> Frame rate to select your desired frame rate.
• Enhance video colours and contrasts: Touch , and enable HDR Vivid.
Once this feature is enabled, the colours and contrasts in the video will be improved.
However, playing the video on an incompatible device or using incompatible software
may result in sub-optimal eects. Please exercise caution when enabling this feature.
• Select a space-saving video format: Touch , and enable High eciency format.
Once this feature is enabled, your device will use a video format that takes up less
storage space. However, this may result in other devices being unable to play the video.
Please exercise caution when enabling this feature.
Some of these features may not be supported on your device. Changing a specic
setting will sometimes cause other settings to change as well.
3 Touch to begin recording.
If you are using the rear camera to record a video, touch and hold down on or to
gradually zoom in or out.
Touch to take a shot of the current frame.
4 Touch to pause, and touch to stop recording.
