4. Install battery cables.
1. Turn off the energy storage management unit (ESMU)
power switch and install the ESMU and ESU-A.
2. Set the ESMU address using the DIP switch and CAN DIP switch.
5. Install a hydrogen discharge tube.

3. Install the ESMU signal cables.
4. Install signal cables between the ESU-As and ESMUs.
