2.3 What is the influence when I disable “Enable
always-on mobile data ”?
If you disable this item, more battery power can be saved but the device can't use data service
(E-mail, browser and so on) when the screen light off more than 30 minutes.

2.4.1 How do I use my phone as a Wi-Fi hotspot and access the
Internet?
You can use your phone as a portable Wi-Fi hotspot and share your phone's mobile data
connection with another device, allowing you to access the Internet from it.
To use your phone as a hotspot, touch Settings > All > More… > Tethering & portable
hotspot > Portable Wi-Fi hotspot. Touch Configure Wi-Fi hotspot to name the Wi-Fi
hotspot, set a password, and select an authentication mode.
After the device finds your phone using Wi-Fi, you can access the Internet from the device
using your phone's mobile data connection.
