7.7 Where are my multimedia messages' attachments 
saved?   
By default, after you receive a multimedia message, the attachment is automatically saved to 
the /data folder, which is invisible to users.   
You can save the attachment to the /Download folder in the phone memory or microSD card.   
7.8 How are the phone ROM and RAM allocated? 
Just the same as computers and tablets, your phone's ROM and RAM are partially taken up by 
the system. Your phone has a 4 GB ROM and 512 MB RAM.   
For the ROM, system applications, files, and data base take up about 2 GB, which is invisible 
to users. The ROM space available to users is 1.78 GB. You can save different files to the 
phone memory.

For the RAM, because the Android system takes up some space to run Kernel, the actual 
space differs from the nominal.   
7.9 How to fix mobile phone faultes caused by viruses, 
software exceptions, nonstandard operations, and OS 
upgrades? 
Method 1 (preferred): Normal upgrade 
Step 1  Prepare a microSD card that has at least 2 GB storage (SanDisk and Kingstone microSD cards 
are recommended).   
Step 2  (Optional) Format the microSD card.   
Step 3  Download the upgrade package by visiting the following website and choosing Appropriate 
model >Support > Downloads > Download Now: 
http://consumer.huawei.com/en/mobile-phones/index.htm 
Step 4  Decompress the downloaded upgrade package.
