Servo Alarm 10. Clear the Alarm
Servo no end stop detected 1. Check that the servo is connected to the
interceptor.
2. If servo is connected, remove the servo and
check the shaft rotation. It should be able to
rotate 100° and have end positions.
3. Check interceptor moving parts.
4. Remount the servo unit.
5. On the control panel, navigate to the calibration
menu and start calibration of the servo units.
6. Restart the system.
Servo resolver position Resolver sensor position does not match the servo
motor position. Electrical connections of resolver
connector inside the servo unit must be checked by an
authorized Humphree Service Technician.
Servo resolver connection Electrical connection failure on resolver sensor. Resolver
unit and electrical connections inside the servo unit
must be checked by an authorized Humphree Service
Technician.
Servo motor temperature is high Servo unit has stopped. WARNING! The servo unit is
very hot.
When the servo unit has cooled down, remove it
and check shaft torque. Make sure that the servo unit
has good ventilation. Restart the system when the
temperature is normal.
Servo circuit voltage is low Servo unit has stopped. The inner circuit voltage is
below the threshold.
Make sure that the system voltage is above 11 Volts.
Servo back EMF detected Internal servo over current due to high external force.
Wait for error recover.
Servo limited torque Servo torque is currently limited due to high
temperature. Wait for error recover.
Servo high speed error Unexpected n acceleration due to high external force.
Wait for error recover.
