Thank you for purchasing the Hunter Douglas 16 Shade Smart Power Supply. With this
power supply properly installed, you will be able to power up to sixteen Hunter Douglas
PowerView+
™
Automation shades.
Tools and Fasteners Needed

Flat blade screwdriver

Level (laser level is recommended)

Measuring tape and pencil

Power drill and

#2 and #3 Phillips screw bits

Wire cutter and wire stripper
■
Four-conductor low-voltage electrical cable with two conductors (12-18 AWG) for power
and two conductors (20-24 AWG) in a twisted pair for data

Cat 5 or Cat 6 cable (Not Provided)
■
Wire Connectors (Optional, Not Provided).
NOTE: In addition, you will need fasteners designed to work with your specific mounting
surface(s). Mounting fasteners are not included due to the wide variety of mounting surfaces.
The installer should determine the appropriate mounting fasteners for their mounting needs.
