10.3.8 Mono-couplings
The mono-couplings must be replaced in the event of:
- external visible damage,
- the locking device not working,
- hydraulic uid continually leaking in a coupled/uncoupled state.
During assembly, tighten the connection nut of the hose assembly with a torque of M
A
= 40 Nm.
WARNING / CAUTION!
Never repair couplings: they are to be replaced by original HURST parts!
1. Remove the xing screws “A” and remove the protective covers “B” using an appropriate
tool.
