Dismantling
1. Dismantle the engine hood.
2. To make room to remove the engine, either the
radiator or the drive shaft for the hydraulic pump
must be removed.
3. Remove the air lter. See Air Filter, Removing
and Fitting.

4. Remove the exhaust system by loosening
the fastening screws (1), (2).
5. Remove the battery. See Replacing the Battery.
6. Loosen the hose clip (3) on the battery box.
7. Dismantle the holder for the supply fuse (1).
8. Loosen the fastener for the electric cable (2)
on the back of the battery box.
9. Dismantle the battery box fastenings (4) and
remove the battery box.
10. Dismantle the prelter (5) and plug the hoses (6).
11. Loosen the return hose from the fuel injector and
plug or clamp it shut so fuel does not leak out.
12. Dismantle the fuel hose (6) between the prelter
and the fuel pump.
13. Dismantle the fuel hose (6) between the prelter
and the fuel pump.
