Maintenance
7 Prise the belt off the pulley, lift the belt tensioner and prise
the belt off the belt tensioner.
8 Release the belt from the pulley on the tool frame.
9 Remove the belt guard under the engine pulley.
10 Remove the belt guard over the rear transmission.
11 Lift the belt off the engine pulley.
12 Remove the belt guard on the right side of the machine.
13 Pull the front part of the belt out through the right side of
the machine’s articulation.
14 Unhook the belt from the hook on the center belt pulley.
15 Pull out the belt.
Simply reverse the procedure to fit the new belt.
Fit a new cutting unit belt according to the belt position
diagram.
Make sure the cutting unit belt sits correctly in the adjuster
pulley.
