6. Select the proper hose and 2000 psi gauge from the
Pressure Test Gauge Kit (601661) or Gauge (607464).
Attach the gauge to the hose. Attach the hose to the
gauge port. Figure 4-18 & Figure 4-19
7. Set the throttle to full throttle and hold the side deck
lift switch in the down position and read the gauge.
The system pressure should read 800 psi. Figure 4-19
8. If the pressure is not at 800 psi, loosen the jam nut,
and turn the relief valve the proper direction until 800
psi is reached. When the correct pressure is reached,
tighten the jam nut. Figure 4-20
9. Shut the engine off.
10. Disconnect the hose and gauge and screw the gauge
port cap back onto the gauge port and tighten.

11. Remove the oil pan.
12. Clean up any oil spill.
13. Top off the hydraulic oil reservoir as needed.
