Reads the torch lead length. Hypertherm controls use this
command to set gas pressure and load the correct cut
charts.
The sample below reads the two coils.

Where xx equals torch length
cc equals LRC (checksum)
Torch lead length is contained in the last 2 bits of the
8-bit response value.
