Alert Call
You can send an Alert Call command to a Private Call contact.
The called party will call you back after receiving the alert.
Radio Check
You can send a Radio Check command to a Private Call contact,
so as to conrm whether the radio is powered on or operates on
the current channel.
Remote Monitor
You can enable the microphone of a Private Call contact, and
monitor its activities or background voice remotely.
Radio Enable
You can enable the radio of a Private Call contact remotely and
allow it to be used normally.
Radio Disable
You can disable the radio of a Private Call contact remotely and
disallow it to be used normally.
Phone
To access this item, press the Menu key in the home screen and
then select “Phone”.
Phone List
To store phone contacts.
Manual Dial
You can manually input a phone number to make a phone call.
For details, please refer to Call -> Phone in the manual.
DTMF Keypad
To enable or disable the DTMF keypad. If enabled, the number
entered via the keypad in the home screen is the DTMF code.
Message
To access this item, press the Menu key in the home screen and
then select “Message”, or press the shortcut key for Message
directly.
New Msg
You can create new text message (256 characters at most) and
send it to an individual user or to a talk group.
Quick Text
Under this option there are some text messages (10 entries at
most) preset by your dealer. You can choose to edit and send any
entry.
