Access Levels
The Tool has 5 password-protected Access Levels:
 L5: Service is reserved for setup and maintenance by HYTORC personnel.
 L4: Admin provides full access to all functions, settings and menu options.
 L3: Full User provides access to all standard tool functions and menu items.
 L2: Flex User provides access to functions and options configured by Admin.
 L1: Jobs User provides access to Jobs and Basic Bolting functions.
