Why is my Hyundai 35DS-7 Forklifts T/M overheating?
    • M
      markestradaAug 16, 2025
Several factors can cause the T/M in your Hyundai Forklifts to overheat. These include a clogged cooling line, incorrect oil level (too high or too low), low pump pressure due to pump wear or defect, partial clutch wear or slip, air mixed with the oil (possibly from a leakage at the pump input port), insufficient oil flow through the T/C, machine overload, excessive inching operation, excessive stall operation of T/C, or a cooler bypass valve stuck open, leading to insufficient oil flow through the oil cooler.

Why is there a reverse gear shift failure in my Hyundai 35DS-7 Forklifts?
    • J
      Jenna SnyderAug 22, 2025
Reverse gear shift failure in Hyundai Forklifts may occur due to excessive wear of the disk and plate at the reverse clutch, oil leakage from a seal, defects in reverse clutch components such as metal sealing wear or defect, clutch piston seal wear or defect, or damage to other components. It can also be caused by malfunction of the solenoid or related electric parts.

What causes slow clutch meshing or failure in Hyundai 35DS-7 Forklifts?
    • T
      torresmarieAug 28, 2025
Slow clutch meshing or failure in Hyundai Forklifts can result from low oil pressure, low converter oil pressure, or air mixed with oil, potentially entering through the pump input port or due to a low oil level. It can also be caused by abnormal adjustment of the inching valve linkage. If the issue is air mixed with oil, check if: - Air mixed through the pump input port. - Low oil level.

What causes high stall speed at all of gear stage in Hyundai 35DS-7 Forklifts?
    • B
      Billy OwensAug 31, 2025
High stall speed at all gear stages in Hyundai Forklifts can be caused by a low oil level, air mixed with the oil, clutch slip, or T/C malfunctioning.

What causes slow clutch meshing and rough gear shift in Hyundai 35DS-7?
    • M
      Michelle MurraySep 3, 2025
Slow clutch meshing and rough gear shift in Hyundai Forklifts can be attributed to incorrect adjustment of the inching valve, an inching valve that is not closed or has a clogged orifice, low main pressure, low pressure of the direction clutch, oil leakage, or a valve spool spring that is weakened or damaged.

What causes failure at the specific gear stage in Hyundai 35DS-7?
    • P
      pamela36Nov 18, 2025
Failure at a specific gear stage in your Hyundai Forklifts can be attributed to several issues related to low or no oil pressure, such as: no oil, low oil level, or high oil viscosity; a loose, incorrectly adjusted, or damaged inching control valve connection; a stuck or open inching valve spool; a damaged or defective oil pump; breakage of the T/C pump gear side bolt or the gear not meshing with the pump; a stuck or open main regulator valve; a clogged oil circuit or contaminated strainer; T/M internal leakage or control valve gasket damage; wear or damage to the clutch shaft metal sealing; damage or wear to the clutch piston seal; or oil leakage due to control valve gasket wear. Other potential causes include an abnormal connection of the outer line of the cooler and a mechanical defect ...
