Instructions for Model 820
Choose from the following options:
v If there is no memory card in slot location M01 or M02, then any one of the memory expansion cards
on the processor card in location M03 may be the failing item. See the Locations — Model 820 to
identify the locations, type number, and remove and replace procedure for the memory expansion cards.
v If there is a memory card in slot location M01 or M02, then any one of the memory expansion cards in
any memory card slot, locations M01 or M02, may be the failing item. Or a memory card in location
M01 or M02, may be the failing item. See the Locations — Model 820 to identify the locations, type
number, and remove and replace procedure for the memory expansion cards and memory cards.
Instructions for Model 825
The memory cards are plugged directly onto the processor cards. The processor cards are located in
locations C13, M01, and M02. Any one of the memory cards in slot locations A through H on any
processor card may be the cause of the problem. See Locations — Model 825 to identify the locations,
type number, and remove and replace procedure for the memory cards.
