the cont rol
to lock it in place.
To return to r eg ular typing , pu sh t he bu tton on the
contro l. This automatically moves the control to
the p ri n ti ng position.

To locate the serial number:
1.
Use the tab key (TAB) to move the ca rrier all the
w ay to the right.
2.
Rais e t he typewriter cove r.
3. Look for t he se r ial number on the le ft side,
directly below t he platen on the metal bar
be hind the b la ck base plate.
