Installation
Possible Defects and their Causes:
SYMPTOM POSSIBLE CAUSE
Pump does not start
1. Damaged PC59 controller
2. Supply voltage below 200V
3. Faulty pump
4. Disconnected power cord from the connection panel
The pump does not stop
1. Damaged PC59 controller
2. Suspended check valve in the controller
(only when selecting Mode 2)
3. Too much iron or iron oxide in the water
4. High leakage in the discharge line
The pump very often turns
on and o also without
receiving water
1. Damaged PC59 controller
2. Dierence in cut-on and cut-o pressure setting too
small (only when selecting Mode 1)
3. A small leak in the discharge line
The „Status” lamp ashes
cyclically
1. Damaged PC59 controller
2. Not enough water in the well
3. Pump damaged
4. Leakage in the suction line
