ADJUSTMENT OF SQUEEGEE ASSEMBLY

Offset spanner (17mm)
Gauge block (2mm)
For optimum squeegee blade performance, the
squeegee assembly casters might need to be
adjusted to the oor type and squeegee blade
wear.
Adjustment Process:
1. Turn o the machine after you lower the squeegee
assembly down.
2. Clean up foreign matter or dirty surfaces on the
squeegee blades.
3. Check that the squeegee Blades are installed
correctly and not worn out or damaged.
(The assembly needs to be placed on a level
surface. And the front/rear squeegee should be close to the Horizontal plane).
4. Check the caster and adjust it to approximately 2MM.
To adjust the caster height, loosen the top nut with 17mm Spanner wrench and
Turn the adjustment nut until properly adjusted (Step 4). After adjusting, tighten
the top nut. Repeat step for the other caster.
