The temperature sensing head is loose or
damaged.

1. Check the temperature sensing head to see if
the connection is tight. If it is loose, reconnect it
and install it in place.
2. If the sensor head is damaged, replacing the
sensor head can solve the problem.

1.Check the temperature sensing head terminals
for water ingress. Try replacing the temperature
sensing head to see if the refrigerator
works properly
2.Check the terminals on the control panel
end for shorts.
