1.If error codes appear on the display
If error codes appear when the fridge is
powered by 12v source, please confirm
whether the current voltage is stable.
Because the voltage of the car battery is
unstable during driving, it will activate the
battery protection function and error codes
will display.
Please try to lower the battery protection
setting and see if the error is resolved.
Please also try to take a voltage reading of
your battery to make sure it is not
depleted/discharged.
If you don't have a tool to measure the
voltage, please connect the fridge to 110V
source. If the error code still displays,
please contact us and provide
corresponding videos or pictures which can
help us to solve your problems faster.
2.The refrigerator can't work
If the refrigerator can't work properly,
please contact us. We will provide you with
return or exchange service.
