PULIZIA TURBINA
• Estrarre la turbina (A).
• Sfilare i coltelli (B) con annesse le molle (C).
• Togliere la guarnizione (D).
• Pulire i componenti con detergente specifico.
• Inserire le molle (E) come indicato in figura.
• Inserire la guarnizione (D).
• Rimontare il tutto seguendo l’ordine inverso.

CLEANING THE TURBINE
• Remove the turbine (A).
• Extract the knives (B) with the corresponding
springs (C).
• Remove the gasket (D).
• Clean the components with a specific detergent.
• Insert the springs (E) as it is shown by the figure.
• Insert the gasket (D).
• Reassemble everything in the reverse order.

Alla fi ne della pulizia ingrassare tutte le
guarnizioni e le parti rotanti con vaselina per
uso alimentare ICETECH (F).
At the end of the cleaning process grease all
the gaskets and rotating parts with vaseline
for food use ICETECH (F).
