NOISE REDUCTION LEVEL
• Adjusts the noise reduction level when the noise reduction
is in use.
– The noise reduction function reduces noise components and picks
out desired signals which are buried in noise. The received signals
are converted to digital signals and then the desired signals are
separated from the noise.
• Push the [NR] switch to turn the noise reduction ON. “NR” appears.
• Rotate the [NR] control to adjust the noise reduction level.
• Push the [NR] switch to turn the noise reduction OFF. “NR”
disappears.
• NOTE: Deep rotation of the [NR] control results in audio signal
masking or distortion. Set the [NR] control for maximum readability.
