If you have accidentally made a Distress call, or made an incorrect Distress call,


1. 
Cancel
.
• The screen on the right is displayed.
2. Push
OK
.
• The Distress Cancel call is sent.
• Channel 16 is automatically selected.
3. 

Finish

L The screen on the right is displayed.

STBY
to finish the Distress Cancel call.
• “Terminate the procedure. Are you sure?” is
displayed.
6. Push
OK
to return to the operating screen.
While waiting for an Acknowledgment:
Cancel

enables you to send a Cancel call.
Resend


again.
Pause
 

INFO
 
Distress call that you have sent.
After receiving an Acknowledgment:
STBY

returns to the operating screen.
