  First, ensure the power cord is correctly plugged into a surge suppressor, and the surge suppressor is plugged into a grounded outlet. Then, check the power switch; if it's tripped, wait five minutes before pressing it back in. Also, verify that the key is properly inserted into the console after plugging in the power cord. Finally, if you are using an AFCI-equipped outlet, consider purchasing an arc filter.

  The treadmill might be turning off due to a tripped power switch. Check the power switch. If the switch has tripped, wait for five minutes and then press the switch back in. Also, ensure the power cord is securely plugged in. If it is, unplug it, wait five minutes, and plug it back in. Additionally, try removing and reinserting the key from the console.
