Why do the pedals slip on my ICON Elliptical Trainer?

  If the pedals slip while you are pedaling your ICON Elliptical Trainer, even at the highest resistance, it might be that the drive belt needs adjustment. To fix this, locate and loosen the M6 x 20mm Screw (25). Then, tighten the M10 x 50mm Screw (20) until the Drive Belt (55) is tight. Finally, retighten the M6 x 20mm Screw.

  To address rollers squeaking on your ICON Elliptical Trainer, apply a small amount of the included PTFE grease to a paper towel. Then, spread a thin layer of grease evenly along the track where the rollers move.

Function Description

The Pro-Form Easy Strider elliptical is a home-use fitness machine designed to provide an effective and enjoyable cardiovascular workout. It allows users to engage in a low-impact exercise that mimics walking or running, engaging both upper and lower body muscles. The elliptical features a console with various workout programs, resistance adjustments, and feedback mechanisms to monitor exercise progress. It also includes a sound system for entertainment during workouts and a fan for user comfort.

- Manual Mode: Allows users to manually adjust the resistance of the pedals using dedicated increase/decrease buttons. The display provides continuous exercise feedback.
- 8-Week Weight-Loss Program: A progressive program divided into weeks and days, with pre-programmed resistance levels and a voice coach to guide users on target speed.
- Preset Workouts: Eighteen pre-designed workouts (9 weight loss, 9 performance) that automatically adjust pedal resistance to guide users through effective routines.
Resistance Adjustment: Resistance can be changed at the touch of a button, allowing users to customize workout intensity.
