STEP 2: Set the IP configuration on your computer.

If the MDC module is new with default IP address of 192.168.255.1, your pc should pick up an

IP address in the range of 192.168.255.2 to 192.168.255.253 that is not in use.

NOTE

Details on how to change the IP address on your computer depend upon the type

architecture and operating system you are using. Use the Help and Support functionality on

your computer and search for "IP Addressing".

STEP 3: Enter the IP address of the module into the web browser.

(For example, http://192.168.255.1)

STEP 4: Create your account (for the first time login)

Upon initial login through the web interface, you will be prompted to create your username

and password as an administrator. Both username and password must be at least four

characters; they can be composed only of alphanumeric (A-Z, a-z, 0-9, case-sensitive)

characters and dot (.), dash (-), underline (_) and at (@) symbols.

1. Enter your username (> 4 characters)

2. Enter your password

3. Enter your password again

4. Click CREATE ACCOUNT
