Is the power switch not pressed?
Is the power plug disconnected from an electrical
outlet?
Insert the power plug into the
electrical outlet.
Connect the inlet and outlet
correctly.
Is there a power blackout?
Wait for power to be restored.
The drum does not operate.
The machine fails to make ice.
Is the drum plate not inserted?
Fill the drum material container
with the material.
Is there material in the material container?
The drum rotates and stops repeatedly
every two to three seconds.
Is cooling water not connected?
Connect the cooling water.
Is cooling water in short supply?
Flow a sufficient amount of cooling
water.
Check if the inlet and outlet of cooling water are correct.
Is the temperature of cooling water high?
Set the inlet temperature to below
25℃. (Recommend use of exclusive
cooling chiller)
Is there a breakdown in the cooling water passage?

* Never disassemble, repair, or modify the product arbitrarily.
* In case of a problem with the product, contact the service center.

machine.
Is there material on the drum plate?
Fill the drum material container
with the material.
Check the material container and
material container valve.
Wash the nozzle in running water.
Is there material in the material container?
Is the machine not level?
Water flows on the bottom of the
product.
Does the water continue flowing during operation?
Close the water supply pipe valve,
disconnect the power plug from the
electrical outlet, and contact the A/S
center.
Drum material flows in liquid phase.
