Boiler Power and Gas Shutoff

Turn off electrical power supply and close the manual gas shut off valve to the unit before proceeding.

Removal of the Old Burner Mounting Plate

Initial Boiler Disconnection

Turn unit power off, allow to cool, shut off gas supply, and remove the front jacket panel.

Component Wire and Pipe Disconnection

Disconnect wires from gas valve, blower, igniter, and remove air inlet elbow and gas supply piping.

Blower and Plate Removal

Unbolt the blower from the mounting plate, discard old gaskets, and remove the blower/venturi/gas pipe assembly.

Installation of the New Mounting Plate

Burner Assembly Attachment

Install burner, gasket, and screws onto the new mounting plate, ensuring correct orientation and torque.

Heat Exchanger Reassembly

Carefully reinsert the burner assembly into the heat exchanger, aligning all components correctly.

Securing the New Mounting Plate

Hand tighten and then wrench-tighten the mounting nuts to secure the assembly, avoiding over-tightening.
